World’s Reality

Look at the world we’re living in,

Person’s always killing in,

Where’s the love,

Where’s the peace,

Can’t we put down the guns at least.

Children living in fear, hatred, crime,

When will all these wars cease?

And when will death tolls decrease?

What is the meaning of this

Family members start to miss

Their own to these gun raiders

Drug dealers, fellow traitors.

I hate to see it end this way

How our race we betray.

How we killed our desperate chance

To follow God and be enhanced.

In God, through God, we trust,

To be our guiding force you must.

To save us from such a fate

Regretting actions brought by hate.

We love you Lord, we need you Lord,

Control us Lord, mold us Lord.

We’re sorry for the pain we cause

For all the lives they put on pause

We pray for them, so they’ll impede

And know that you will take the lead.

For you, the giver we trust

Be our guiding force you must.

For you, the forgiver we trust

Please be our guiding force you must.
